Store bought cleaning products contain a TON of toxic chemicals. They are dangerous and some can be fatal if ingested – plus they smell horrible and end up adding up over the course of a year! But there’s good news!!!! You can create your own homemade versions of cleaners that are just as effective and safer to use in your home
!I want nothing but the best for my family and maintaining a clean and toxic free home is on the top of the list. I have been trying to eliminate toxins where I can and switch over to natural products. After experimenting with many different DIY cleaners I have found some that out perform the rest!
Here Are My Top 5 Favorite Non-Toxic Cleaners
1. All Purpose Cleaner
1 teaspoon of dish soap
2 cups white vinegar
1 cup water
10 drops tea tree oil
spray bottle
Add all ingredients into a spray bottle and shake vigorously. And its ready to use!
2. Oven Cleaner
1 cup baking soda
4 tablespoons dish soap
1/2 cup vinegar
15 drops sweet orange essential oil
Mix all ingredients into a paste, leave for several hours, then wipe up with water and a rag.
3. Degreaser
1/2 cup baking soda 1/4 cup dish soap
20 drops sweet orange essential oil
Add all of the ingredients to a bottle. To use spray onto the greasy surface, then wipe off with a damp rag. After the surface is clean shine it up with a dry rag!
4. Mold And Mildew Cleaner
1 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon tea tree oil
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons baking soda

Mix vinegar and baking soda in a spray bottle and mix well. Then add the water and tea tree oil and mix again. To use, spray area where mold is present. Allow to sit for 30 minutes, then wipe area clean with a moist rag.
5. Bleach
1 cup hydrogen peroxide
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup baking soda
6 cups of water
1/2 gallon container
Mix all ingredients in 1/2 gallon container, now its ready to use as you would use regular bleach
